I have combined my professional training as a teacher and Director of Christian Education with my passion for handweaving to design and create liturgical paraments and vestments.
It was a natural progression to move from teaching the needle arts and weaving to using quilting as a medium for artistic expression. New materials, fabrics, threads, yarns, paints, dyes, inks, wire and beads bring contemporary techniques to both the sacred and secular themes in my work.
